HOUGHTON COUNTY -- The Michigan State Police have reported that one of the wanted fugitives that has been on the run for several months has been arrested.

The MSP said that Raymond Ojala, Jr. turned himself in on Saturday at the Houghton County Jail. He was wanted by police on a charge of kidnapping-custodial interference.

The other fugitive, Christina Gagnon, is still on the run with her son. The Michigan State Police has issued warrants for her arrest, and her son is being considered as a missing endangered child. According to police, Gagnon is reportedly in the Green Bay area.
