CRYSTAL FALLS -- The Kingsford man convicted of murdering an 81-year-old woman from Stambaugh Township is filing an appeal.

Officials found Joyce Johnson's body in September of 2011, the morning of the stolen property trial, where she was supposed to testify against 41-year-old David Levack.

Now Levack is appealing.  Oral arguments will have to be heard in appellate court before a decision is made.
