MARQUETTE -- The city of Marquette is seeking the public's input on the planning process for Tourist Park. Thursday, January 10, the city will hold a community meeting at the citizens forum inside Lakeview Arena. A draft plan has been put together by Sanders and Czapsky that includes a new bike path through the park and upgrades to camping and recreational access points.

"We're asking the residents to attend this meeting, look at the master plan of the city's Tourist Park campground, let us know what their thoughts are on this. We want everybody to be involved with this because it's their tax dollars at work," said Marquette Mayor John DePetro.

If you want to see a preview of the presentation, you can head to the Marquette City website. We've created a link for you right here.
