MARQUETTE -- A classic Christmas performance wrapped up Saturday in Marquette.

The Peter White Public Library hosted the final performance of "It's a Wonderful Life - A Radio Play".  The performance, based on the 1940's movie, included live interaction with the audience.

The five actors portrayed dozens of characters to provide a unique experience for the audience.

"People aren't used to seeing radio shows as they were done back in the '40s, so that's a novelty, and when you combine that with a family favorite, it's a sure winner," said actor, Jeff Spencer.

The Marquette-based Vertigo Theater company put on the play.  This is their second holiday play at the library, and they plan to work on another holiday classic for next year.
