NEGUANEE -- Negaunee residents got some Christmas shopping done at Lakeview Elementary School Saturday.

The school held its second Annual Christmas Craft Show. There were 38 vendors this year selling everything from homemade crafts to unique foods and chocolates.

Donna Hayrynen has sold her crafts both years.

She and her friends like to up-cycle, turning different items into something completely new, like a Capri Sun handbag.

"It's fun to be able to sell some of the stuff you've thought up, and I especially love the children. They come through and they're excited to see me and then they stop at the table and look at things, and mom does, too," said Donna Hayrynen, crafter.

The craft show is a fundraiser for the school.
