MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP -- The Marquette County Sheriff's Department is investigating a case of larceny, and they're looking to the public for help.

The surveillance video recorded at the Cenex Fuel Stop in Marquette Township on November 10 around 1 a.m. shows a white male pumping gas into his dark colored Mercedes Benz station wagon.

Then it appears the man picked up a wallet left on the gas pump and removed just over $500 from it. After taking the money, the man later decided to turn in the wallet to the clerk at the gas station.

If you recognize him or the car, you can contact the sheriff's department at (906) 225-8434.
