HOUGHTON -- A Calumet man is facing four felony counts, one of which is possession of a firearm by a felon.

Twenty-two-year-old Zachary Rupright was in Houghton County District Court Friday.

He's also charged with two counts of breaking and entering a building with intent and stealing a firearm.

Rupright broke into Louie’s Super Foods in Calumet in September.

He'll be back in court November 16.
