MARQUETTE -- The Marquette Police Department received a call on Wednesday night after a homeowner reported a home invasion on W. Ohio Street in Marquette at around 8:45 p.m.
Police reported that a man and woman were watching television as three men dressed in black entered their home. The victims were forced to stay on the couch while the suspects searched the home, according to police.
The male resident was shoved onto the couch several times and punched during the incident, according to the MPD. Police said that after the incident the suspects possibly fled the scene in a red vehicle.
The victims described the suspects as dark skinned, possibly Hispanic or Native American, wearing all black with black bandanas over their faces and hoods over their heads. One suspect was identified as tall with a long pony tail hanging down his back.
