President Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney are putting their acts together and taking them to Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y., on Tuesday. The second presidential debate of the campaign will be done in a town-hall format with audience members asking questions. The president is seeking to rebound from his less-than-energetic performance in debate No. 1.
