HOUGHTON -- The Library Restaurant and Brew Pub in Houghton is offering its customers a much more convenient way to pay their bill.

Whether you're an iPhone or Android user, all you have to do is download the app titled Tabbedout. The Library Restaurant says they're the only ones in the Upper Peninsula offering this convenient service, and their customers are enjoying it.

"People are on time limitations these days, and I think that's helping a lot with our service," said owner Julie Cortright. "We are a full service restaurant. It's not a quick in-and-out type of place, and I think that portion of it, just alleviating maybe an extra 10 minutes of waiting for your bill, is saving people a lot of time."

The app does require you to enter and store your debit or credit card information. Once you're logged in, you can pay for your bill as soon as you're finished eating.
