HOUGHTON -- A Hancock man involved in a Chassell meth lab entered a guilty plea in court on Wednesday.
In a plea agreement entered in court on Wednesday, 21-year-old Kendall Clifton pled guilty to attempted possession of the controlled substance Methamphetamine. According to the plea agreement, Clifton's first two charges of delivering meth and operating a meth lab were dismissed.
"Telling me you were there helping create it tells me nothing," said Judge Goodman.
"I crushed up the stuff needed to use to make the pills Sudafed," said Clifton. "I had supplied some of the chemicals."
Based on the plea agreement, Clifton is required to testify against all other individuals involved in the meth lab case if it goes to trial. He will be sentenced next month.
