IRON MOUNTAIN -- UPDATE:

Michael Jo-Rivers Cootware had his pretrial rescheduled for September 10 at 10 a.m.

His attorney says they are still working on a plea agreement.

Cootware is being charged with aggravated indecent exposure, resisting or obstructing a police officer-fourth offense, and two counts of second degree retail fraud-fourth offense.

Michael Jo-Rivers Cootware of Iron Mountain waived his preliminary trial in district court Monday.

The 23-year-old man is being charged with aggravated indecent exposure, resisting or obstructing a police officer-fourth offense, and two counts of second degree retail fraud-fourth offense. These incidents occurred in Walmart in Iron Mountain in late March.

Cootware will be arraigned in circuit court on July 30 at 9 a.m.
