MARQUETTE -- The Music In the Park summer series is underway at the Presque Isle Band Shell in Marquette. The free music is put on by the Marquette Arts and Culture Center.

The theme for Friday night's performances was Fabulous Female Singers. Jimmy Lynn and Anna Reynolds started the show Friday.

Music In the Park continues with karaoke champions on August 17 and country western night at the end of the month. For more information on Music In the Park, click here.
