MARQUETTE -- Organizers of the annual Outback Art Fair in Marquette say the event is getting much deserved attention.

The fair drew in more than 110 vendors this year, everything from henna artists to fabrics, woodworking and stained glass. Organizers say the abundance of art fairs reflects our creative community.

"We have a very unique crowd, we have a very talented base in Marquette and in the U.P. with the musicians and the artists and everything we have, we're very fortunate," said Cindy Engle, an organizer.

The fair continues Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
