Munising manslaughter case goes to trial

MUNISING -- The trial starts Tuesday in Munising for Thomas Murdock.
Murdock is the Alger County man charged with involuntary manslaughter for killing a woman. The 48-year-old Murdock is accused of running over Lisa Hardwick with his vehicle last June.
Murdock is also charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. The case is scheduled for three days in Alger County Circuit Court and starts with jury selection Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
