SKANDIA -- Hundreds flocked to Skandia on Sunday for the 33rd annual Skandia Community Day.

The day started with the traditional parade from Maple Lane Farm to the West Branch Recreation Center. The community day is organized by the Skandia Lions Club. Proceeds from the event help the club fund their other events and projects. The community day had fun for the whole family with games, sand art, and a dunk tank.

There was also plenty of food for everyone.

"The weather has been very cooperative, and it's been a great effort by all of our members and members of the community," said Ron Stenfors of the Skandia Lions Club.

The Skandia community day ended with live music and dancing.
