GWINN -- The UP North Lodge in Gwinn is raising money for local organizations every Tuesday.

Bike Night started five years ago as an event centered around motorcyclists but has grown into a way for the lodge to give back to the community.

A number of local businesses and groups donate items that are auctioned off. The money for this Tuesday's Bike Night went to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

"It's a great feeling at the end of the night when we're able to give the agency a check and to know that you've been a part of that, a huge part of that, is a wonderful feeling," said Cheryl Wootton, owner of the UP North Lodge. "And knowing that agencies like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Cancer Care are going to benefit from your help."

Jumparooz also provided a bounce house and donated all of their profits to the organization. The business sponsor Tuesday was Crossroads and Kountry Korner Shell. Next Tuesday's Bike Night will raise money for Cancer Care.
