MARQUETTE -- The suspect held in custody for a fatal hit and run accident in Marquette on July 4th will go before a judge on Monday.
The 30-year-old man from Gwinn is expected to be arraigned Monday morning in Marquette District Court.
His name has not been released ahead of his arraignment.
Marquette Police took the suspect into custody Saturday afternoon after detectives interviewed the man.
Karin LaChapelle, 42, of Marquette died Friday following Wednesday's crash.
Her husband, Bryan LaChapelle was also injured, but has since been released from the hospital.
