Sawyer man goes missing

SAWYER -- The Forsyth Township Police Department announced on Friday that a Sawyer man has gone missing.

Alfred Frank Ongie, also known as Butch, was last seen at his residence in Sawyer on June 1. The 69-year-old man is 5'10" and 170 pounds.

Police believe he might be missing voluntarily, but are looking for information regarding his whereabouts. If you have any information on Ongie, please contact the Forsyth Township Police Department at (906) 346-9224.
