MARQUETTE -- A Marquette man was arraigned in court on Monday morning for meth related charges.
Troy Daniel Croschere, 42, was arrested on Friday in connection to a meth lab bust at a trailer located at lot six on 777 Pioneer Drive in south Marquette.
Croschere faces two felony counts of operating a meth lab, each of which carries a penalty of 20 years or a fine up to $25,000.
On Monday in court Marquette District Judge Roger Kangas shot down Croschere's request for a personal recognizance bond.
"No chance of P.R. bond," said Judge Kangas. "I wouldn't make a change of bond without the prosecutor having the opportunity to be heard, and that's a high bond because it's a significant charge. We're not just going to drop that one."
Croschere will be back in court on May 24.
