MARQUETTE -- William Badger Richards III, of Marquette, was sentenced after pleading to being Super Drunk.
Richards entered a plea on Monday to operating with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher, which is known as being Super Drunk under Michigan Law. Richards caused a crash in November of 2011, which resulted in one woman being taken to the hospital.
He received 18 months of probation and must pay restitution and fees.
