MARQUETTE -- The man charged with robbing the Northern Michigan Bank in Chocolay Township was scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.

That hearing was adjourned. The pretrial hearing will be rescheduled when a competency evaluation is completed.

Justin Dee McLean is accused of robbing the Northern Michigan Bank and Trust at gunpoint last October.

He was arrested in Wyoming.

McLean faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
