Micheau's trial is scheduled for March 12 in circuit court
ESCANABA -- The case of a 21-year-old Escanaba woman charged with abusing her three-month-old daughter is moving closer to trial. A hearing was held Friday in Delta County Circuit Court.
It was a hearing on the prosecutor's notice of prior alleged acts of domestic violence and whether they would be admissible in the trial of Angel Dawn Micheau. The court determined that any alleged acts of abuse toward the child are likely admissible in the trial.
Micheau's trial is scheduled for March 12 in circuit court.
