IRON MOUNTAIN -- A man believed to be under the influence of narcotics made a mess in downtown Iron Mountain Tuesday according to police reports.
The suspect broke a window on South Stephenson Avenue at Motel 6 before running across the street to the Holiday gas station and locking himself in the bathroom.
The bathroom was bloody when police arrived, presumably because of the injuries he sustained by breaking the window at the motel.
He was admitted to Dickinson County Hospital for his injuries. Upon his release Wednesday, he was immediately arrested for an unrelated felony warrant from Delta County.
The man's name is currently being withheld.
