LAKE LINDEN -- Christmas cheer spread to the Copper Country on Sunday as the third annual Lake Linden Christmas Festival boasted a range of holiday activities.
About 20 vendors set up shop at the Hubbel School gym for a craft show, free horse carriage rides provided by the Downtown Development Authority and Lazy K Ranch, and of course, Santa was there to find out what every little girl and boy wants for Christmas; a festive day for the entire family.
"The best part of our Christmas festival, of course, is the children," said Santa Claus.
Events ran until 2 p.m. so Santa could return to the North Pole in the daylight.
