Roughly 10,000 people found their way to the craft show this weekend compared to last year's 8,300.

MARQUETTE -- The TV6 Christmas Craft Show wrapped up Sunday. The Superior Dome was home to about 250 crafters and vendors this year. Roughly 10,000 people found their way to the craft show this weekend compared to last year's 8,300.

The craft show was very successful, and attendees went home satisfied.

"Everything has run very smoothly," said Nancy Webster, the coordinator.  "The customers just love the fact that there's such a variety of stuff here, and it's phenomenal how many different talented people we have right here in the Upper Peninsula."

The craft show is the biggest in the U.P.

Planning for next year's craft show begins Monday.  An exact date for the 2010 show will be determined in the next few weeks.
