MARQUETTE -- The man charged with the armed robbery of a Chocolay Township bank is back in the U.P. and will be heading to court.

Twenty-nine-year-old Justin Dee McLean is accused of robbing the Northern Michigan Bank, Harvey branch, on October 12 at gunpoint.
