NEGAUNEE -- Sleet, snow and rain made it difficult for drivers across the area on Saturday. Icy roads caused a two-car accident in Negaunee around 4 p.m. Saturday. That also backed up traffic quite a bit.

The combination of snow and sleet makes it difficult to see. Drivers remind us we need to be more careful, especially if snow plows have not salted all the roads.

"It's really slippery, real slippery. The road conditions are bad; its freezing rain. Watch your breaking, it's pretty slick out there," said Scott Juchemich, a local driver.

There are no reports of major injuries in the car accident.
