CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP -- Justin Dee McLean, 29, is accused of robbing a Chocolay Township bank, and now he'll be coming back to Michigan to face the charge.

McLean was in a Wyoming federal courtroom Monday morning.  He waived extradition.

The judge in the case ordered McLean to be detained and transported back to Michigan.

It's unknown when the U.S. Marshal's Service will bring him back to the Upper Peninsula.

McLean allegedly robbed the Chocolay Township Northern Michigan Bank and Trust at gunpoint nearly two weeks ago.  He was captured in Gillette, Wyoming on a felony absconding warrant issued in downstate Cheboygan.
