POLL - Possible Moose Hunt
The U.P. moose population is estimated to be right around 500, and the State Natural Resources Commission plans to convene a committee this year to begin exploring the possibility of a moose hunting season in the Upper Peninsula.
Some are for it; others argue that the population should be greater than 2,000 before we even consider a hunt.
