A 21-year-old downstate woman, who authorities say was abducted by her boyfriend, has been found along with the man about at her family's seasonal home here in northern Michigan.

Police in Green Oak Township say Courtney Beard was abducted Friday night from the parking lot of a restaurant where she worked and found Saturday morning in Antrim County. Beard was found about 5:45 a.m.

Police say she was injured and suffering from hypothermia. She was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Gaylord for emergency treatment. 23-year-old Brandon Smith was arrested at the home and investigators say he could face charges in both Livingston and Antrim counties.  Police say they didn't know if he had a lawyer.

Police say the seasonal home was used by Smith's family.

The Associated Press contributed additional details to this report.
