Two Marquette County businessmen are back in Marquette County Court today. TV6's Jerry Hume is covering the court hearing of Mike Gokey and Joel Westrom. They're charged with fraud in the Hawk's Ridge Development project. The story on today's proceedings tonight, on your TV6 Early News.

They have enough money for now, but more is need to hold the Pine Mountain Ski Jumps in Iron Mountain in January 2010.  TV6's Iron Mountain-Kingsford Bureau reporter Aaron Martin has the story on the donors that have step forward just in time to save an area tradition. Residents are meeting with staff members of the Department of Environmental Quality today in a public hearing on the Humboldt Mine. Kennecott Minerals is looking to use the old mine site for milling operations for ore that would come from the Eagle Project mine in northern Marquette County.
