City Clerk and Treasurer Dorothea Olson will take over the position.

The City of Crystal Falls has named an interim city manager.  City Clerk and Treasurer Dorothea Olson will take over the position.

This follows the suspension and subsequent resignation of former City Manager Charles Nordeman.  He came to an agreement with the city to resign back on November 2.

Olson has worked for Crystal Falls for more than two decades and has experience working with the manager.  She will serve in the interim until the city appoints a new city manager.

Olson said she has no interest in pursuing the position full time.
