MARQUETTE -- A 22-year-old eastern U.P. man has been found guilty of abusive sexual contact in federal court.

The U.S. District Attorney's Office says Justin Thomas Skipper of Brimley engaged in sexual contact with a person who was physically incapable of consent in an attempt to abuse or humiliate the victim.

The incident took place on the Bay Mills Indian Community Reservation last March.

Skipper was found guilty by a jury Friday after a two day trial.  He's scheduled to be sentenced March 24, 2010.
