MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP -- At least two people were taken to the hospital by ambulance late Wednesday afternoon as the result of a two car accident on US-41 in Marquette Township.
The accident happened shortly before 3:30 p.m. on US-41 in front of Lowe's.
The Marquette Township Volunteer Fire Department removed the driver of the car, then used the jaws of life to cut out the driver of the SUV.
Names have not been released, and the Marquette County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident.
