IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP -- A fire in Gogebic County has claimed the life of an Ironwood Township man.
The blaze broke out around 2:30 p.m. Saturday at a home located on Vanderhagen Road.
When firefighters arrived, the structure was fully engulfed.
The homeowner, a 53-year-old man, was discovered inside the residence. His name has not been released, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
