Study: MI climate plan would boost economy

The Michigan Climate Action Council last year proposed a strategy for reducing Michigan's greenhouse gas emissions. Gov. Jennifer Granholm appointed the council in 2007.

An independent analysis says a plan intended to help Michigan fight global climate change also would give the state economy a boost.
