MARQUETTE COUNTY -- Frost covered roadways in Marquette County Wednesday morning caused multiple accidents.

Michigan State Police responded to an accident on County Road 480 shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Chad Jensen of Gwinn was heading westbound when he lost control of his pickup.  After colliding with a mailbox, the vehicle rolled ending up on its roof.

He suffered no injuries and was cited by police for speed.

Shortly after that wreck, another vehicle rolled on 480 near the Lindberg Gravel Pit.

Rebecca Bandman, also of Gwinn, was traveling westbound when she lost control of her vehicle causing it to roll.  She was taken to Marquette General for neck and back pain.

Icy roads were a factor in both crashes and police warn motorists to drive carefully during poor road conditions.
