MARQUETTE -- A Gwinn man is out on bond following his arraignment on criminal sexual conduct charges Monday morning.
Forty-one-year-old Tim Silcox is charged with three counts of CSC involving a person 13 to 15 years old.
The alleged incident occurred last week in Forsyth Township.
Silcox posted bond following his arraignment in Marquette County District Court this morning.
He returns to court September 3 for a preliminary hearing.
