LAURIUM -- A verdict has been reached in the trial of a Laurium woman accused of trying to steal thousands of dollars from her older sister's house.

Marcia Outinen has been found guilty of conspiracy to commit second degree home invasion.

Authorities say Outinen, along with two other people, plotted to steal cash from Lionel and Carol Haisher's Laurium home on November 7.

Outinen faces up to 15 years in prison.

A sentencing date has not been set.

Good, hope she gets all 15 years, but she won't in the Houghton Court System.
