HOUGHTON -- Three people are recovering from injuries they received after a head-on crash in Houghton Sunday night.
According to the Houghton City Police, two cars collided head on shortly before 8:00 Sunday night at the intersection of Montezuma and Bridge Street.
A vehicle, driven by a 20-year-old Howell resident, pulled into the path of an oncoming car. That driver, a 27-year-old Marquette woman, was injured along with her 24-year-old passenger from Dodgeville.
A passenger in the vehicle at fault was the third person taken to Portage Health for treatment.
Their names and conditions have not been released by authorities.
The at-fault driver was cited for failing to yield, and the crash remains under investigation.
