QUINNESEC -- One Upper Peninsula RV dealer has been recognized for their commitment to sales and customer service.
Northern RV of Quinnesec was chosen as the recipient of the 2008 Jayco Founder's Award. The award is given out to one dealer in the U.S. and Canada for outstanding sales and customer support.
"Well, we were extremely surprised, but we were overwhelmed when we heard the news that we were going to get this because we are a smaller dealer in a smaller market," said Sales and Dealership Manager Eli Ward. "But we worked so hard to try to make sure that we're taking care of people and that our customers are happy and we're providing them with good products."
Northern RV has been selling Jayco products for the last 30 years.
This is the first time they've received the Founder's Award, however, they have won the Gold Circle Designation for sales and service every year since 1999.
