Accused murderer to be extradited

Investigators say that Scott Elwood Graham, who is currently in a state hospital in California, is accused of beating Stella Grace Lintemuth to death.

BIG RAPIDS -- The Mecosta County prosecuting attorney announced Monday morning that the person charged in the 29-year-old murder case will be extradited back to Michigan.  

Investigators say that Scott Elwood Graham, who is currently in a state hospital in California, is accused of beating Stella Grace Lintemuth to death.

The murder took place in her Big Rapids home in 1980.

Prosecutor Peter Jaklevic says the suspect will be brought back from California to Michigan as early as June.
