Thses men and women who enjoy beating the crap out of their spouses should get more than just 8yrs!I myself was in the same relationship with a man who beat me up daily. When I finally got nerve enough to leave he lost control,so he decided to go after my babysitter.Ya sick!!I was six months pregnant and he beat me sooooo bad.He stabbed me numerous times in the belly with a metal coat hanger, punched my face til I couldnt see,and threw me down a flight of stairs.I ran 2 miles til I reached a store. My daughter who is now 11yrs old was suppose to be born with medical issues,is a happy little girl! Her father will never know her,he got all his rights taken away.I still to this day have dreams and its been almost 12 yrs.He did 5 yrs in prison and now lives a happy life. Are we missing something here????Stop the violence!
