Hundreds of volunteers help prepare food for elderly.

HOUGHTON -- Over 400 people in the Keweenaw gave up their holiday morning and part of their afternoon to help cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner through Little Brother's Friends of the Elderly.
Some got up before sunrise to cook turkey dinner at eleven different sites. Most of the volunteers at Grace United Methodist Church have cooked for Little Brothers for several years.
They prepared 130 hot meals to be delivered to senior citizens Thursday.
Eleven-hundred seniors and volunteers ate Thanksgiving dinner through Little Brother's Friends of the Elderly.
