But the dedication remains the same.

UPPER PENINSULA -- TV6 has a whole new look.  It's all part of our dedication to take you into the future of television and the Web.  Our new logo and our color scheme is fresh and futuristic.

We're well into the 21st century now, and we thought it was time for a change.

Upper Michigan, of course, is someplace special and that will never change.  But in the world of TV, you need to keep moving forward.  There's a huge change in technology coming next February with digital TV.  We're intending to be in the forefront of all the changes.

Just looking around our Web site, you'll see all that we're doing to keep you on the cutting edge of news, sports, weather, technology, and community information.

We've also adapted our new slogan out of that dedication.  We'll be Upper Michigan's Source for news, weather, and sports from around the world, 24 hours a day.

Not only that, but we want to hear from you...your opinions, your letters, your pictures, your video.  wluctv6.com will be a true partnership between you and TV6.

We've been hard at work here at the station for the last few days.  If you drive by our station, we've got a brand new sign out front.  That's been in the works for months.  The same with the new studio design.  The graphic design, the carpentry, and all the details finally came together this weekend, and we're proud of the final product.

We hope you are, too.

But there's something else.  TV6 also has a new slogan, as we mentioned above.  We are now Upper Michigan's Source.  Anything you want and need, we will try to provide.

And finally, we'll have something new for you at the 7 p.m. eastern time slot.  Be sure to check out the major change.

Now, one thing that won't change is our commitment to hard work and covering the stories that you care about.  We'll work harder than ever at that.

But our look has changed, and since you're seeing this for the first time, we'd like to get your reaction.  Be sure to vote in our Web poll on the homepage, asking if you like the new look.
