WESTERN U.P. -- Three western U.P. ski resorts are coming together under one owner.

The Roger and Lilah Stangeland Trust, the owner of Indianhead Mountain Ski Resort, are buying Big Powderhorn and Blackjack ski resorts.

Indianhead General Manager Barry Bolich says the three hills in Big Snow Country will be run as a single business.

Bolich says they'll be offering skiing experiences at all three hills in a seamless one-ticket package.

The deal is not final, but is targeted to close before the end of the year.

The purchase price and terms of agreement have not been disclosed.
