The pump patrol page is hosted by a very popular third party provider, www.gasbuddy.com. I suggest you contact them directly with your concerns.

Seriously

Posted by Very Concerned, Marqeutte - Monday, July 28, 2008 at 2:43 p.m.

How hard is it to get updated gas prices in the Marquette area?!

Don't tell me it's because 'people don't update' or 'they don't put new times in'

I've submitted times in and it's taken 40 hours for them to be processed while other locations in the U.P and the nation are actually up to date?

C'mon, quit draging your feet and making it look like prices are still high when they're actually five cents lower, it makes it look back, makes drivers who check this daily, sometimes twice or three times a day make poor decisions to stop in at higher cost stations when the information they were looking at was already 2 to THREE DAYS out of date?

Seriously! WHAT THE HECK?!

One possible solution, if it works

would be if Big Oil took a 1/4 profit cut, no profits for them for only 3 months out of the year. Our gas prices could drop dramatically for one year. Big oil is what's hurting us as they are making major profits while the little people who are dependent on jobs of minimum wage to even get anywhere, are losing their jobs because they can't afford to travel. Let's get a petition going to get Big Oil to take a one quarter profit cut once a year, and that would help us out tremendously. Let's see if we, as the American public can get this going.

I QUIT!!!

I can no longer afford to drive to my minimum wage job!! Yet oil companies are making record profits. What was the price of gas BEFORE our oil barron president took office???

Take back America!!

It's time we stop buying oil, use the federal reserve. If we don't buy oil the price will come down, they don't want to sit on it. Also we need to do away with the FREE Trade Agrement, it's not so Free when all our jobs go else where and American's loose everything. We need to take care of Americans FIRST!

Is it going to end? Something has to be done or it will ruin the nation!

What is wrong with the government that they can't give us some sort of ease. They can cut the interest rates.
