IRON MOUNTAIN -- Some folks had to work Christmas Day.
Iron Mountain had a few select stores open despite the holiday, including Family Video and the Holiday Station Store. Employees who were working say they certainly miss family time, but at least they're making extra money.
"It's not too bad. I've worked a lot of holidays. There isn't a whole lot open on Christmas, so we've actually, as the doors open, had eight people come in right away," said Mark Bergeron, Family Video Employee.
"We got a lot of people just buying normal groceries that they forgot at the store, and it's nice that we can be open to accommodate them," said Wendy Loomis Holiday Station Store Employee.
Employees also say working Christmas isn't so bad since almost all the customers are in high spirits.
