Ontonagon"s Hometown Christmas 2010. December 3rd, 4th & 5th.
Friday starts the event with the Hometown Christmas Tree Trimming Party. Hayrides, refreshments, Lighting Contests and Open Houses and Extended Shopping Hours at local stores.
Saturday there will be a Childrens time at the Community Action Agency from 11-2pm. Crafts, games, cookie decorating and more. The Michigan Masons and the Ontonagon Sheriff's Dept will be sponsoring the MICHIP progam from 10-3pm. Other events on Saturday include, the Reindeer Run, Open Houses, Fireworks and the Snowball Dance at the Eagles Hall from 9pm - 1am. (Music By borderline)
Sunday wraps up the Holiday weekend with the Holiday tour of Homes and the Hometown Christmas Parade. There is no registration necessary, just show up half and hour before the parade starts. Immediately following the parade, Santa will be at the firehall for Visits with the kids.
